| Our first stop on our trip was to the San Diego Zoo Safari Park.....So awesome! This is not connected to the San Diego Zoo (we didn't go there this time as we went there 2 years ago) but the park has many parts that are similar to a zoo and then a wide open area where the animals roam free. |

| While we went on the tram ride we saw so many animals! We saw a Rhino actually butt a water buffalo out of its resting spot so that the Rhino could have the spot to himself. Pretty cool to see them go at it for a bit, until the water buffalo realized it couldn't compete with a rhino's horn. |

| This was a really cool area of the park. Here Levi got to hold nectar in a cup and he got to feed the parakeets. I guess normally they swarm everywhere and all over you, but they weren't too hungry when we were there...oh well, this one liked Levi's food :) |

| On Saturday we started off our day going to the Carlsbad Flower Fields. We were really fortunate to be in Carlsbad at this time as the fields only bloom from mid March to mid May. They were so beautiful! |
